Terms of Service① All work created I rightfully own. If you wish not to share a commissioned piece, please do mention it. If not, all commissioned work will be posted online to promote my work. Do not claim the work as your own.② Extra adjustments to the work that goes over the time and terms that were discussed will result in extra fees.③ Payment will be accepted after a final draft as been approved and the work has been put in progress.④ Payment can be sent in half to ensure security between both parties.⑤ Rushed commission will be not considered if they're not reasonable in work and deadline given.⑥ You are forbidden to use my work for any sort of profit, such as NFTs, nor are they allowed to be fed into any sort of AI creations. In doing so, I have the rights to take legal action.⑦ The work progress maybe streamed on my Twitch platform, if it's acceptable content to be streamed. If you wish not to have it streamed, please mention it to me / on the form.⑧ Form of communication can be through Email, Discord, VGen (if commission is sent through there) Or social medias, such as BluSky or Twitter. If you end up changing the form of communication, do let me know where we can continue on. I will provide my handles then.
